Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Vanity Mart order. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (required for hygiene and safety reasons on skincare products).

To start a return, contact us with your order number. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for a free replacement or full refund — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Sale items marked as final sale are not eligible for return unless faulty.
